Dr. Oran P. Smith hired from SC Business & Industry Committee as Executive Director.
Launched Project Buycott in support of businesses not selling Lottery tickets.
Instrumental in Student-Led Message (Prayer) Act and the Released Time (Off-Campus School Bible) Instruction Act.
2004
Voter registration drive in 700 churches.
2005
Merged with Legacy Alliance (501c4). Legacy Alliance name changed to Palmetto Family Alliance.

Formed Palmetto Family Committee to run political campaign for South Carolina
Marriage Amendment. Voters pass Amendment 78%-22%.
2007
Honored by Dr. James Dobson and Focus on the Family as one of five Outstanding Family Policy Councils in America.
Hosted Presidential Stump Meeting.
2008
Formed Palmetto Family Political Action Committee. First candidate endorsements, Voter Guide.
Awarded 5-year, $3 million Community Based Abstinence Education grant from US Department of Health & Human Services. Canceled after 2-years by the Obama Administration.
2009
Launched “Stand with Jenny” campaign in defense of Jenny Sanford.
Hosted Del Tackett, creator of The Truth Project in Upstate.
2010
Applied to South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles for “IBelieve” license tag. Awarded tag in 2011.
Hosted bipartisan Gubernatorial Debate with WIS-TV.

Published South Carolina Index of Leading Cultural Indicators, launched Family 2012 Campaign.
